The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone.
It was introduced in 2013 and asks patients whether they would recommend our services to your friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. This means every patient is able to give quick feedback on the quality of the care they receive, giving hospitals a better understanding of the needs of their patients and enabling improvements.

My experience at the Probus Surgical Centre was very good, and felt I was very much cared for with friendly staff who made me feel very relaxed for my eye surgery.
I received excellent care by all clinicians involved, everything was explained well so I understood the procedure I was having done. The lady on reception was very welcoming too.

This was my first experience at Probus Surgical Centre and I was very impressed. There was very little waiting between the various stages and from arriving at 8.35am I was ready for home before 11.00am. The tests and procedures were well explained. I look forward to my second cataract removal.

I think because post is so unreliable you should check with patient if they would prefer an email. I didn't receive my letter before op so didn't know i had to remove nail varnish and builder product before op.

My experience at Probus Surgical Centre was a very positive one. I was extremely nervous and was instantly put at ease - sorry cannot remember their names.
