Overall, how was your experience of our service?
The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone.
It was introduced in 2013 and asks patients about their overall experience of the services they have used. This means every patient is able to give quick feedback on the quality of the care they receive, giving hospitals a better understanding of the needs of their patients and enabling improvements.

The whole experience was very efficient and friendly. I have a small hernia on my left side, and will not hesitate to use Probus to resolve this in the near future.

Thank you. For my second cataract removal I had peaked cap & sun glasses ready for my return journey & these really helped make the homeward trip more comfortable. May be a mention in the paperwork could help other patients cope with light sensitivity too.
After a few days of getting accustomed to my ‘dos and don’ts’ for eye care, please pass on my thanks to the WHOLE team for my treatment last Friday. The procedure took little time but the attention, from the beginning to the final cup of tea, was so reassuring. Thank you!

My experience at Probus for a cataract operation was extremely good.

My experience at Probus Surgical Centre was great I saw the consultant and after a quick examination, I was referred to Treliske Hospital.

Excellent from start to finish. Consultation was informative and the team were accommodating when discussing potential surgery dates. The day of surgery was great. Friendly staff and Inwas made to feel relaxed and calm. Mr Clarke was exceptional when carrying out the surgery as were his two assistants. I cannot thank Mr. Clarke and his team enough. So far my recovery has been better than I expected. Thank you once again.
Miss Tyres was extremely reassuring and helpful, she explained everything in full and gave information leaflets to take away. She explained all options available to me and attempted to relieve the symptoms by aspiration As this was unsuccessful we agreed to leave for now and if the ganglion gets larger, possibly aspiration could be an option or surgery Many thanks to the team at Probus Surgical Centre.
