The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone.
It was introduced in 2013 and asks patients whether they would recommend our services to your friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. This means every patient is able to give quick feedback on the quality of the care they receive, giving hospitals a better understanding of the needs of their patients and enabling improvements.

Your service was very efficient, friendly and good. I would recommend it.
One issue I had was that when I made the appointment on the phone I was told there would be some sort of recliner as I have a bad back/ neck but on arriving was told there wasn't one at Probus. I was in a lot of pain during the operation ,and after, which was upsetting. Staff were good though.
I give the surgery a grade. I was a little apprehensive about the procedure, but every member of the team was approachable, polite and efficient, and I was soon put at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending the surgical centre for cataract surgery.

Very good. However TAP driver reported to reception twice when they returned to collect me and this was not communicated to me so I didn’t know they were there until I asked a nurse to check the car park.
